If The Shoe Fits

I went back to work today and it was relatively unproductive.  I did a few real things but the highlights were hanging my new DMB calendar up and celebrating an office birthday.  Tomorrow I need to get back on the productive train.  I have lots of projects and planning to do before students return. 

Tonight I was excited to come home and see my kitty.  I still think she needs to see the vet though so I'm going to make her an appointment for tomorrow.  Also, I should be doing something productive around here.  I have several craft projects, some work projects, organizing projects, etc. that I could be working on but for the last hour or so I've been compiling my shoe wish list.   A good use of my time?  Probably not.  Fun?  Absolutely. 



These little boots are on sale at JCP right now.  I tried them on last week and love them.  (No, I didn't purchase)

 I really would love some gray boots in my life.  I have black and brown but gray, not so much.  These are Stella McCartney and totally out of my price range.  But something similar and more affordable would be ideal.

 And these gray booties are also adorable. 

 Nude heels.  Obviously Christian Louboutin.  These make my heart beat faster.  Obviously not in my immediate future, but you get the idea.  I need nude heels.  I'm thinking spring, so I have some time to find my perfect non-Louboutin version.

I tried these Nine West shoes on last week.  Definitely cute.  Definitely affordable.  Not sensible in any way.  But sassy and fun and I'm SURE I can find a reason to wear them more than once. 

And my shoe wish list would not be complete without giving a nod to my future wedding shoes.  I want a pretty traditional wedding but I want to wear green shoes with my dress (for a little sass and because a girl named Green needs signature shoes) And yes, I will spend more on the shoes than the dress.  So Louboutin it will be. 

This was fun and I didn't spend a dime.  I guess it's time to do something more productive, but maybe I'll put on a pair of cute shoes to do it.
