I got this cute little plaque at an antique shop for $2. "I can live for two months on a good compliment" Mark Twain. It's going to live on my dresser now.
I also got the sudden urge to finally put pictures in this frame. I bought it back in December and it's been sitting around because I wasn't sure what pictures and where I wanted to hang it. You know how it goes. So anyway, the frame was kind of a silver color. I decided that it needed to be black. And I decided to go with pictures of Table Rock (where I walk frequently) because these are some of my favorite pictures I've taken of a place that I love.
And after walking around my apartment to find the perfect wall to put it on, I finally decided that it needed to be on the mantle in my bedroom. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
I'm currently trying to figure out how to use the digital picture frame my parents got me for Christmas. I haven't had a chance to do it until now. I'm excited to cross it off my list. It's been so easy to neglect the little touches of my home because I've been so distracted with other things. Now I'm so happy that I have all of these little projects to do to distract me from my former distractions. haha. Cheers to keeping busy!
I also want to wish my Dad a very happy birthday! Here we are on Memorial Day this year. He's the greatest Dad ever and I hope that he has a great day and all his birthday wishes come true. Love you, Dad!

Your projects are great. I am with you on the 2 months. Seriously. The picture frame came out good too, and really, only ballers have mantles in their bedrooms. Nice work.
When I get really irritated, I can clean some house like no other! I love the picture frame you painted! I love homey touches to make the house feel like a home!
