This One's For The Girls

The first day of 2009 was relaxing. I finished up a craft project that I've been working on all week and cleaned out all of my e-mail accounts and deleted my MySpace account (I was OVER the glittery graphics).
I watched a lot of TV while working on above projects. And I realized there are a few things in the land of entertainment I'm looking forward to.
I keep seeing the promo for Bride Wars. I'm excited to see this movie. I'm not sure that I've mentioned that I adore mindless, girly, romantic comedies before. Because I do. I really do. So I plan to go see this next weekend.
One of my favorite books is being made into a movie. Confessions of a Shopaholic. Seriously, I loved this book so I'm very interested to see the movie in February. Although, I'm concerned that the book is set in London and the movie is in New York. We'll see. If you haven't read the book, I suggest reading it. It's a very quick read.
And I can't neglect to mention that I am once again sucked into an MTV reality show against my will. I watched The City this past week and I loved it. Damn you, MTV!
I think someone needs to go back to work...

i'm not afraid to admit it: i want to see Bride Wars. it looks like it's going to be hee-haw-larious:

"your wedding's going to be huge! just like your a@$ at prom!" (hahaha)!

a friend of mine watches all this stuff addictively, so i've gotten inoculated or at least aware of it.

Happy New Year's Day!

Sounds like you are starting the new year off right!

I too want to see Bride Wars, I love Kate Hudson. The City has sucked me in too. Whitney was always my favorite on the Hills anyways.

Have a great day!

The previews fr Bride Wars are really good at the movie theatre. It looks hilarious! I spent all day yesterday with my friends watching mindless, girlie movies. :)

The City...I watched it, too, because I am a die hard LC fan. I love The Hills, so I felt obligated to watch and make sure Whitney made it to NY. I thought that it was okay, but I am goig to need to watch nect week to make sure I really like it. I know I am sucked in though. It happens. Weird.

Have a wonderful day!
