Diet Coke

Day 9: A habit you wish you didn't have


I don't have many habits that I can really think of.  I got rid of several in the last few years.  I'm sure I still have habits that I'm not really aware of that are bad or irritating, but the one I'm thinking I wish I could break myself of is..diet coke. 


I try not to drink too much, so it's not like the worst thing ever, but I know that the artificial stuff isn't the most healthy for me.  So eventually, I'd like to not drink it.  But until then, it's gonna happen and I'm going to embrace it.  Just not more than one a day.

I hear ya! We've made great strides at healthier eating at our house...but I know for sure the diet coke will be the last thing to go. It's just so wonderful. ALMOST as good as coffee.

You know how I feel about the Diet Dr. P. I understand. I feel like I might never give it up, but maybe have it a couple times a month, like a celebratory cig or something? My dad quit smoking in 1993 (pack a day) but he reserved a special cig like once a month, like a ritual.

Me too, caffeine free diet these days, but I too try to limit it to one a day.....well, two...
