I have been so busy lately so it was nice to stay home today (minus the few hours spent at work for Open House).
I remember when I was little, I couldn't understand that my parents didn't want to run all over the place. I wanted to go places and to do things, but they just wanted to relax and stay home to get stuff done around the house. I was young, I didn't know the joy of being relaxed.
I can completely understand that in my adult life. I really value my time puttering around the apartment. Give me my sweats and put my hair in a pony and I'm happy. My afternoon included making some apple crisp, crocheting a blanket and reading, doing laundry and watching my Netflix. It was great.
What do you do on your perfect relaxing afternoon?
